No. Saving or sending a build takes no payment and commits you to nothing. It starts the review of your configuration and your site.

Wick contacts you within 24 hours of sending a build. The build appears in Wick Account with the configuration you chose, and Wick's replies and each status change arrive in that build's conversation.

Wick Ultra for a team running frontier open models or fine-tuning toward the 70B class: 1,152 GB of GPU memory holds a 1.6-trillion-parameter model's weights at 4-bit. Wick suits one researcher, Wick Pro a small team. A Cluster node is for models past 1,152 GB and training across eight GPUs in one fabric.

No. The model planner is optional. Use it to check whether a model's weights fit in a system's GPU memory at a chosen precision. That check covers capacity only. It does not measure speed, and training needs far more memory than the weights alone.

Yes. On Review or Send in the configurator, choose Share with finance. It copies a link to a one-page brief of the build: price and payment, what is included, the room and security. The link carries the hardware choices and any work you chose, never contact details. Your account and messages stay private.

The complete system as listed, with mirrored protected SSD storage (7.68 TB on Wick and Wick Pro, 15.36 TB on Wick Ultra and per Wick Cluster node): Wick from $262,000, Wick Pro from $351,000, Wick Ultra from $688,000, Wick Cluster from $1,361,000 per node.

Every list price includes delivery, Wick OS and the first year of service. Wick, Wick Pro and Wick Ultra also include their own outdoor unit, fitted the same day. Wick Cluster's outdoor units or building-water connection are confirmed in your written price.

If your room needs a new circuit, Wick arranges it and adds it to your written price. Tax is extra.

Storage upgrades show their price in the configurator. The 491.52 TB capacity module is priced in your quote. Your written price lists every line before you accept.

Saving and sending a build is free, with no card and no commitment.

When you accept your written price, a 20% deposit holds your build, and it comes back in full if you change your mind before it ships.

The balance is due once your Wick is running in your room, by wire or ACH.

20% of your written price, due when you accept it. On a Wick Ultra at its $688,000 list price that is $137,600, with $550,400 due once it runs. Cancel before it ships and the deposit comes back in full.

Ask your accountant. Tax treatment depends on your business, and Wick does not give tax advice. Your written price itemizes the system, its options and any site work.

One-year limited warranty. If a part fails from a defect in materials or workmanship within a year of delivery, Wick repairs or replaces it at no charge. Accidental damage and changes made inside the system by someone other than Wick are not covered.

The first year of service is included in every list price.

Wick needs a 240 V, 30 A circuit; Wick Pro needs a 240 V, 50 A circuit; Wick Ultra needs a 240 V, 60 A circuit; Wick Cluster needs three-phase power. If your room needs a new circuit, Wick arranges the electrician and the permit, and the cost appears as one line in your written price. You never hire the electrician yourself.

Outdoors, mostly. Liquid carries heat off the GPUs and CPUs through one sealed line to Wick's own outdoor unit. It has no compressor and no refrigerant. The small remainder leaves as warm air: it enters through the front flutes and leaves through the flutes at the back of each rounded end. Stand it against an outside wall, a hand's width off it, so the line can pass through the wall and the warm air can leave. Nothing exits the top.

Wick Cluster can also connect to building water.

On a pad or a wall bracket within 15 m of the system, joined through one wall opening. It is about the size of a home heat pump's outdoor unit, and Wick fits it on delivery day.

Design targets at 1 m under sustained load: Wick 35 dB(A), Wick Pro 35 dB(A), Wick Ultra 40 dB(A), Wick Cluster 45 dB(A). They are targets until measured.

Wick is designed to keep running at the power the room can carry: about 15% for Wick Ultra.

Yes. It runs on a 240 V, 60 A circuit, the kind an EV charger uses, and sends its heat to its outdoor unit. It needs an outside wall and a spot outside for that unit, which Wick confirms with you before you accept a price.

Yes. Wick has two Thunderbolt 5 ports. For Wick Pro, Wick Ultra and Wick Cluster, add the optional Thunderbolt 5 desk bridge, which links back to the system over the network. It is priced in your quote.

Thunderbolt connects your laptop for files and control. GPU work runs on Wick.

No. Wi-Fi 7 handles setup, control and laptop access. Training data and the links between units run over wired fiber.

Storage. On Wick Ultra, two 15.36 TB enterprise SSDs hold matching copies of your files. GPU memory is separate: 1,152 GB of HBM4.

Move up to the fastest, largest storage Wick fits, two 30.72 TB PCIe Gen6 SSDs mirrored. Add two or four 122.88 TB capacity drives beside the fast storage, or a capacity module of 491.52 TB, for up to 522.24 TB protected per unit.

Yes. Two matching drives survive one failed drive. They cannot bring back a deleted file or protect against damage to the unit itself. Keep a copy of anything you cannot recreate somewhere else, such as your NAS or object store over fiber or the 10 GbE port.

Sign in to Wick Account and open Home. Each build keeps the configuration you sent and its conversation.

No. An unsent build stays in the browser you made it in. Send the build to keep it in your account. Room preparation progress saves to your account when you are signed in.

Enter your email and choose Email me a sign-in link. Open the link and you are signed in. There is no password to create or remember, and the first link you open creates your account.

Each link works once and expires 15 minutes after it is sent. If yours has expired or was already used, request a new one with the same email. Open it in the browser where you asked for it, so you return to the build you were saving.

A sign-in ends after 7 days without use and after 30 days in any case, so you may simply need a new link. Use the same email every time: a second address starts a separate account that does not carry over your builds.
