The terms of a Wick build.

List prices on this site are in US dollars and cover the complete system as described at each choice, including its included storage. Every list price includes delivery, Wick OS and the first year of service, and Wick, Wick Pro and Wick Ultra also include the outdoor unit, fitted the same day. If your room needs a new circuit, Wick arranges it and adds it to your written price. Tax is extra.

Your written price states every line, including delivery and any optional setup, before you accept it. Nothing is charged before you accept, and the website itself takes no payment.

Save and send a build. Free. No card, no commitment.

Accept your written price. A 20% deposit holds your build. Change your mind before it ships and the deposit comes back in full.

Wick switches it on in your room. The balance is due once your Wick is running. Pay by wire or ACH.

If a part fails from a defect in materials or workmanship within a year of delivery, Wick repairs or replaces it at no charge. Accidental damage and changes made inside the system by someone other than Wick are not covered.

The first year of service is included in every list price. If your room needs a new circuit, Wick arranges the electrician and the permit, and the cost appears as one line in your written price.

Sending a build records your configuration in Wick Account and starts Wick’s review of your build and room. It takes no payment and reserves no hardware. Delivery and the final configuration are set in the written price you accept.

Room preparation progress you record, in your browser or in your account when signed in, helps you plan. Wick confirms your room is ready before delivery.

GPU memory figures add up the memory on each GPU in a system. Host memory and storage are separate. Whether a workload fits depends on the model, the method, the software and the conditions it runs in.

The model planner calculates whether a model’s weights fit at a chosen precision. It checks capacity only. It does not measure speed, and training needs more memory than the weights alone. It does not grant rights to any model.

Protected storage figures are capacity after mirroring, before formatting and reserve. Boot storage is separate. Mirroring protects against a failed drive. Keep an independent backup of anything you cannot recreate.

Each Wick is a complete computer with its own power, cooling and memory. Stacked units join over fiber and do not share GPU memory, power or coolant. Wick stacks four high, Wick Pro and Wick Ultra two high. Wick Cluster nodes stand side by side.

Product images show Wick’s design. The written price you accept defines the exact hardware you receive.

A shared link carries a configuration at its catalog revision. Options and prices can change, so an older link may need a fresh review before you order.

Third-party models and software keep their own licenses. Owning the hardware gives you no rights to a model. Check each model’s license for your use.
