How Wick handles your data.
Explore Wick without an account. Create one and Wick keeps what it needs to hold your builds and conversations.

On your device
Your browser remembers the system, options and work you choose, plus your room preparation progress, so you can pick up where you left off. Clear this site’s data in your browser, or reset the controls on the page, to remove them.
The dataset check reads the file or text you give it inside the open tab. Its content, file names and results are never uploaded or saved, and reloading clears them.
A shared configuration link carries your selections. Anyone with the link can see those choices.
In your Wick Account
Wick stores:
- your email address, which is how you sign in;
- each build you send, with its configuration, any model and work you selected, and its status history;
- the messages in each build’s conversation.
Account records are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the United States, in Wick’s own Firebase project, and only Wick’s servers can read them. Sign-in uses Google’s Firebase Authentication, which sends the sign-in link email and, if you turn it on, checks the code from your authenticator app.
Wick Account has no password. Each sign-in link works once, expires after 15 minutes and is stored only as a one-way digest. One necessary cookie keeps you signed in. It ends after 7 days without use and after 30 days in any case, and signing out ends it at once.
When you ask for a link to send a build, Wick holds that build for 15 minutes so the link can finish sending it on any device. Wick keeps the configuration, the model and work you chose, a random retry key and a one-way digest of your email address, and deletes it once the build is sent or the time runs out.
Who reads your builds
You, and the Wick team members who review builds and reply in their conversations. Keep passwords, payment details and private files out of messages.
Wick contacts you within 24 hours of sending a build. Automatic account email is not connected yet. Notifications Wick prepares are stored with your account records, and your Wick Account shows every update to your build.
What Wick leaves out
The site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers, and loads no third-party fonts. Its only outside connection is to Google’s sign-in service when you sign in. Wick’s servers may record standard request logs, such as the time and address of a request.
Saving or sending a build takes no payment, so no payment processor receives your details.
