On delivery day Wick brings it in, stands it against the outside wall, fits the outdoor unit, connects power and network and switches it on. Nothing is due while it is being installed. Reach it from your laptop over your own network the day it arrives.
Your first year
Wick services the system under a one-year limited warranty, and your Wick Account keeps the build, the conversation and the history. The first year of service and Wick OS are part of the list price.

One-year limited warranty
If a part fails from a defect in materials or workmanship within a year of delivery, Wick repairs or replaces it at no charge. Accidental damage and changes made inside the system by someone other than Wick are not covered.

Heat and placement

- Nearly all of it leaves through one sealed liquid line to Wick's own outdoor unit, about the size of a home heat pump's, with no compressor and no refrigerant. It sits on a pad or wall bracket within 15 m, and Wick fits it on delivery day.

- Against that outside wall, a hand's width off it. The small remainder of heat leaves as warm air through the flutes at the back of each rounded end.
- Power
- If your room needs a new circuit, Wick arranges the electrician and the permit, and the cost appears as one line in your written price.
- If the outdoor unit stops
- Wick is designed to keep running at the power the room can carry: about 15% for Wick Ultra.

Protected capacity per unit, before formatting. Prices are Wick Ultra's, per unit, added to its list price; the configurator shows each model's. Protection survives a failed drive. Keep a copy of anything you cannot recreate somewhere else, such as your NAS or object store over the fiber or 10 GbE port.

What owners ask before delivery
Do I need an IT team or a network engineer?
No. Wick connects power and network on delivery day and your laptop reaches it over your own network. A Wick specialist can set it up with you if you want one.
What is included in the price?
The system as configured, delivery, its outdoor unit, Wick OS and its first year of service. If your room needs a new circuit, Wick arranges it and it appears in your written price, as does optional setup by a Wick specialist. Tax is extra. Wick Cluster joins a facility, so its heat connection is quoted.
Why own a Wick?
Your models, your data and the hardware they run on stay yours, in your own building, and nobody else's job shares the machine. Wick is for the work you run every week.
Can I train my own models on Wick?
Yes. Choose fine-tune, design and train, or evaluate when you configure. Your method travels with your build, and the review confirms GPU memory and storage against it. Holding a model's weights does not establish training capacity: full fine-tuning on one Ultra suits models near the 70B class.
Is 15.36 TB storage or memory?
Storage. Two 15.36 TB enterprise SSDs hold matching copies of your files on Wick Ultra. GPU memory is separate: 1,152 GB of HBM4.
What happens when the work outgrows one Wick?
Add another complete computer. Wick stacks four high, Wick Pro and Wick Ultra two high, and more join over fiber. Your software spreads work across them. Each keeps its own GPU memory.
When do I pay?
Saving and sending a build is free, with no card and no commitment. When you accept your written price, a 20% deposit holds your build, and it comes back in full if you change your mind before it ships. The balance is due once your Wick is running in your room, by wire or ACH.
